TDM over IP equipment with IP circuit emulation that supports transportation of 1 / 2 / 4 / 8 x E1 and 5 x Ethernet ports (4 electrical and 1 optical).

Any one of these Ethernet ports can be defined as uplink port and the rest will become as downlink (user data) port, and all are IEEE 802.3 compliant, 10/100Mbps auto-sensed. It enhances the flexibility for choosing either electrical or optical port for network fitting.

TSM-448 is a cost-effective solution for the traditional telecom services migrate to the IP packet network, the TDMoIP adopts the innovative TDM over IP technology, it transports the legacy E1 data through the existing Ethernet or IP network. Desktop design is good fit to end user office.
The TSM-448 is the new generation of the TDM over IP equipment with IP circuit emulation that supports transportation of 1 / 2 / 4 / 8 x E1 and 5 x Ethernet ports (4 electrical and 1 optical). Any one of these Ethernet ports can be defined as uplink port and the rest will become as downlink (user data) port, and all are IEEE 802.3 compliant, 10/100Mbps auto-sensed. It enhances the flexibility for choosing either electrical or optical port for network fitting.
Telecom and Enterprise users can save a lot of access and equipment costs and generates new revenue by offering different types of service over existing Ethernet networks. It is also suitable for connecting to the wireless equipment to achieve fast deployment of E1 services. One application is to build E1 links with low cost Wireless LAN bridges, replacing the costly microwave radios. Operators can use 8E1 TDM over IP to provide legacy TDM services over wired or wireless packet network.
